Description

Break the Code, Catch the Spy!

The Code Trekkers camp is a four-day experience focused on teaching students the science of cybersecurity. During the camp, students will get a chance to investigate real spy technology, both old and new. Using maps and handheld GPS units, campers will explore Olde Towne Portsmouth, following clues, breaking codes, and working together to catch the spy. Students will learn to decode secret messages through covert communication and the history of cybersecurity. They will also experiment with a spy technique called a “dead drop” for passing secret messages. Campers will discover how to hide their writing with special invisible ink, create and use spy gadgets like Caesar Cypher Wheels, Jefferson Wheels, and Morse Code to make and break codes, and learn about the science behind spying.

Registration is not started yet. The registration opens on Saturday March 14, 2026 at 09:00 AM
